DURO-TUSS Dry Cough PLUS Sore Throat Lemon Lozenges have a 4X action: SUPPRESSES a dry cough + ANAESTHETIC SOOTHES a sore throat + ANTIBACTERIAL + HELPS RELIEVE nasal stuffiness.

(PER Lozenge) Dextromethorphan hydrobromide monohydrate 5 mg, Cetylpyridinium chloride 1.3 mg, Benzocaine 1 mg, Menthol 5.2 mg

Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 Lozenges (one at a time) every 3 hours as required (maximum 16 lozenges per day).

Children 6-11 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner): 1 Lozenge every 2-3 hours as required (maximum 8 lozenges per day).

Do not use this medicine:

– If you are taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or an antidepressant, or have taken the MAOI or antidepressant medicine within the past two weeks.
– In children under 6 years
– If seal is broken
– If past the expiry date

See your doctor or pharmacist before use:
– In children aged 6-11 years.

While using this medicine:
– Due to the anaesthetic effect, do not have hot food or drink directly after taking the lozenges
– The efficacy of an antibacterial agent in lozenges in reducing the severity or duration of throat infections has not been clinically established
– If symptoms persist, see your doctor or pharmacist.
